I have been a Melbourne resident since 1974. I am recognized as a
community leader with my service in numerous community organizations.
I have experience as a Residential and Commercial Realtor. Working
as a full time Real Estate Agent has been a rewarding experience for
me.

I am a licensed Mortgage Broker which give me an understanding of many
Mortgage Products on the market today and the processes involved to
secure a loan. I am familiar with products such as VA, HUD, conventional
and commercial mortgages. I can help the Real Estate Investor save
tax dollars thru the 1031 exchange program.
I have excellent communication skills and have studied Organizational
Communication and Organizational Behavior at Rollins College. I am

I currently serve as a District Representative for the MPO (Metropolitan
Planning Organization) CAC (Citizens Advisory Committee). I served
as a District Representative for the Citizens Recycle Committee for
Brevard County. I served as President and member of the Board for the
Melbourne Community Orchestra and the Space Coast Philharmonic Orchestra.
Five plus years experience in Marketing and Sales. Past President and
current member of the Board of Directors of the Diamond Community School,
serving on the Board of Directors for over 5 years. I am a Member of
the Women’s Auxiliary for VFW Post 1005, in Palm Bay, FL. I was
elected a Trustee after becoming a member of the organization less
then 7 months and currently serving as 2nd Vice President. I am a past
Ambassador with the Melbourne-Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce.
I have been an out of state landlord for over 2 years, so I understand
the needs of an investor. I am an experienced property manager. |
